A note on Justice

I believe it is an absolute credit to the person who maintains they're integrity and individual dignity in the face of media manipulation, because that is what our age will be summed up as, an age of conformity that has descended to the slow "burning of the laws". It can be summed in the shifting and central control of power through means of mass information, through the subtle nuances of entertainment and pressures.

Political correctness is an unofficial religion for the secular state that is technically Marxist and driven by self-righteous agendas. This can be seen in the functioning and the weaknesses inherent in the legal practices and amendments to our legal system.

I have been following a certain trial of a certain rather dubious and psychologically sinister individual and I have noticed with grave dismay the judicial and legal onus and emphasis put on the rights and feelings of the accused. There is much song and dance,
legal loop de loops, technicalities and persuasion given to take the focus off the brutal circumstances, the nature of the criminal and the crime itself. The tragic end to the victim's life is not fully adhered to. What makes it an infuriating case, is that the balance of probability is overwhelmingly on the
victim's side (on that of the prosecution) and it is further enhanced by the confessions and revelations that have come out about the rather perverted nature of the defendant.

Have we come to an age when there is a kangaroo within the kangaroo court or perhaps where the laws of state are mere levers to be pulled by the highest bidder, as the legal system has become a "rights infested cesspool" -that concerns itself more with being lenient with the criminal than with serving the total purposes of justice, truth and fairness (this has shown itself to be true with the unjust disproportional representation of the victim in favour of rehabilitating the accused) It is becoming more common for the accused to be facing his 30th or 40th conviction while waiting for his bail, chance of absconding and his rights to be read.

It is often driven by money, agenda, greed and corruption. The immunity of elite persons of status and influence is horrifically true within this nation, for its bailing out of the bankers that bankrupted a country and the message it sends that wealth and status are barriers and impediments to the pursuit of justice.

True justice is not idealism but the right to protect the vulnerable and prosecute the criminal, it is akin to the nature of true goodness in contrast to that of vice and wickedness. Objective standards and truths are being dismantled in the orgy of the modern pursuit of pleasure and mere perspective, these along with weak, liberal amendments to law....have contributed to the slow decay of legal integrity...and this in turn leads to inner erosion of morals. Justice is perverted by the course and actions of human nature!
